We have a 28-day return policy

You have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned through no fault of Spare and Square (eg: you selected the wrong colour) will be subject to a 20% processing fee (non negotiable), and the cost of postage will also be deducted from any refund amount.

To start a return, please contact us and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like PCBS, special order items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Special Build / Order Items
Special build, special order items or items modified at the customer's request can not be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival. No exceptions can be made for special build or custom items to be returned.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us after 3 days of receipt we can not process a return for damages.

Spare and Square Ltd will warrant to the original purchaser that all finished goods (brand new) are free from defect in both material or workmanship for the minimum period of 1 Year. For Spare Parts, Consumables and Accessories the warranty period is 28 days. Spares warranty may be voided by being fitted by non competent personnel.

Note: This warranty expressly excludes consumable parts such as, but not limited to, replacement carbon brushes, floor brushes, dust bags etc that are considered replaceable from time to time during the normal working life of the machine.

The warranty date commences from the date the goods are purchased.
